Fulcrum has initiated a unique programme, NAP (NGO Assistance Programme) – Making NGOs CSR Responsive. Under this programme, Fulcrum provides 6–8 months of handholding support to NGOs through strategic guidance and institutional development. This accompaniment help organizations to initiate, replicate, scale, and sustain their work effectively.

Under NAP, we support NGOs in the entire spectrum of CSR, such as project identification, system optimization, vision recalibration, strengthening documentation and reporting systems, enhancing governance practices, refining SOPs, CSR proposal development, identifying pivots, communication materials, and overall institutional development in a simple, structured, and practical manner.

NAP is a proprietary initiative of Fulcrum that has enabled various NGOs to create meaningful and sustainable impact. The professional support under NAP has often enabled NGOs to generate returns of nearly 7–8 times the programme fees.

NAP is not a CSR funding, grant–making, or fundraising platform. However, NGOs which have enrolled in this program have found fund–raising to be a by–product.
